Brexit / Covid-19 Update:

The combined effect of Brexit and Covid-19 has caused well documented delays in shipping times. Royal Mail delays vary by country, and you can check them HERE. Delays with DHL Express are currently extremely minimal. If you need your item for a specific time or in a rush we strongly advise choosing DHL Express Shipping.



We normally ship orders between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within two business days, and prioritise DHL Express orders.

We ship to every country and offer shipping options with Royal Mail and DHL Express. Listed below are the costs and estimated time frames for our delivery options. At checkout you will see specific DHL estimated transit times for your shipment after dispatch. Please note delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Tax and Duties

For UK customers our prices include VAT and are not subject to any additional charges.

For international customers, UK VAT of 20% will be deducted at checkout. These shipments will be subject to local VAT, Taxes and Brokerage fees at their destination customer. The payment of these charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you may need to pay, please check with your local customs authority before completing your purchase. The process of customs clearance may introduce delays to the delivery of your order, which Wizard Works has no responsibility for.

If your order is unable to be delivered or refused for any reason, and subsequently returned back to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs that may be charged to us. If you decide to return your item(s), please note that Taxes & Duties you have paid are non-refundable.
